I find the sequence of topics sensible as well. I despíse the layout of the kindle-version. Locations are poor substitutes for pages (they give no sense of orientation within the chapter) and paging through quickly|||"This textbook nimbly covers a wide, complex subject without dumbing it down...It's easy to read (in bite sized chunks) and the liberal use of colour, and high quality paper, add a feel-good factor".
